Massively underpaid work and bad management. The promises regarding remuneration and job profile are unfortunately not kept at all. Extremely high fluctuation rate, as no attention is paid to the employees. Bureaucracy quite bloated for the small size of the company. GL seems to be completely overburdened and has hardly any leadership competencies.

Among other things, the company has set itself the goal of efficiently familiarizing interested students (m/f) with the guidelines/structures and processes through boot camps and internal career planning.
