During my application process, I was told that I could expect rapid promotion, a bonus and a workload of 70-100%. In my case, it later turned out that I was given an on-call contract with a gross hourly wage of CHF 25. The bonus did exist, but I was not paid it during my probationary period, even though it was mentioned as a clear incentive during the interview. I had the impression that the bonus and promise of promotion were used specifically to promote/improve the company's own bonus model, especially in the high session. As I understand it, this is particularly important for the company, as it would otherwise run the risk of losing its license as a franchise operation. I found my work situation to be chaotic and stressful: breaks were rarely possible in my experience. There were often long queues of customers at the airport counter, and when returning vehicles I had the impression that even the smallest scratches or soiling were expected to be recorded as damage. If mistakes were made, for example if the wrong key was issued or a minimal scratch was not marked, I had the impression that the corresponding amounts were deducted from wages. I found communication difficult, as I felt that many supervisors hardly spoke any German. Customers often had to wait a long time and, in my opinion, were sometimes pressured into buying more expensive products. I found the supervisors' behavior to be characterized by demonstrations of power and unjustified criticism. In my case, I had the impression that important documents that were important for the further process were not handed over immediately and that the information about the reasons for my termination was not correct. Since I left the company, I have also had a lot of administrative work with the unemployment insurance fund, which was an additional burden for me personally. Clearly more transparency in the application process, no false promises about bonuses, workload or promotion opportunities. In my opinion, contracts should reflect the scope of work stated in the advertisement instead of being on a call-off basis. Fair pay that corresponds to the workload, including pension fund contributions! Better organization and realistic personnel planning so that breaks are possible and overtime does not become a permanent condition. A respectful management culture without power games, with constructive feedback and open communication in a language that everyone understands. In my view, the head of the HR department often seemed overwhelmed and unable to resolve important HR issues constructively. In my opinion, a change in this position would be an important step towards improving the working atmosphere in the long term. My overall impression: In my view, the company places more emphasis on a shiny external image than on fair and transparent working conditions. In my opinion, applicants and customers should check very carefully whether they want to sign a contract here.

The mood and atmosphere are great! Great team spirit. I had a lot of fun at work and also made lots of new friends and acquaintances. I also think Thirsty Thursday is great, it gives you the opportunity to talk to lots of people from the company in a relaxed atmosphere every week
