The only good thing about this company was the working hours.

There is a lot that needs to be improved at this company. I have never seen such a bad management style as at MQM Mels, you report something to your supervisor that needs to be done urgently because it concerns safety and apparently it has been passed on but the person responsible for it has supposedly forgotten about it, but not only that but also many other things that were promised to you but in the end they were just empty promises. I earned a bit more than at my last employer so I gave this place two stars instead of just one, but there were too many unnecessary deductions in the payroll. The infrastructure is also extremely poor, only when something breaks down completely is there no reaction before that, unfortunately, no service for years, e.g. at the delivery gates the elevator at the main entrance is completely broken but nobody cares because in the end they don't have to bring up the goods in the office either. But not only that, the company car even had summer tires on it in winter, which shows how much value this company places on safety. The working atmosphere was also very negative. You could feel the frustration of certain employees, but it's no wonder when you're lied to all the time. There are two of us in logistics and about 5 employees in production, but the logisticians always had to help out when there was a lot of work in production, but vice versa, when there was a lot going on in logistics, nobody from production had to help out - pretty bad! And about the communication, suffice it to say that it is very bad at this company, you don't get a lot of information that would be important in time. I regret the decision not to resign and will definitely not recommend this company to others, especially not as a logistician. Anyone who works here as a logistician is more of a henchman than a logistician
