Sie gaben mir den Eindruck, dass ich gut positioniert war und danach kam überraschend die Absage ohne einen richtigen Grund zu nennen. Verbesserung: Beim Vorstellungsgespräch keine Hoffnungen machen, wenn man es auch nicht einhalten kann.

I was warmly received and I felt very comfortable at the interview. The scope of duties was explained to me in a clearly understandable way and I got a good picture of the company. The conversations always took place at eye level, which I really appreciate! Information on the next steps and feedback was extremely quick (many companies could do with a slice of that!!). What I really appreciate about the company is the honesty and transparency. There was open communication and you are treated with respect. This interview was proof to me that there are still companies out there that take their time and put their heart and soul into it. Thank you!
