The location of the community is well situated. At the same level there is a good working atmosphere.

This could be improved

The administration consists of a felt and if you do not belong to it you have no possibilities. Also, decisions are made behind your back without you being able to influence them. Nobody dares to say anything or even to speak against it. The hierarchy is very strongly/strictly stepped. There is a lack of competent leadership
