This works well in the company
The studio and its offers are very nice and appealing. The food is mostly very good and adapted to the residents' needs.
This could be improved
In a clear and structured as well as compassionate and honest leadership. Unfortunately, humanity is not the focus and neither is social behavior. Collegiality is lived very differently. The resident is not the focus of attention, as the care/time and resources would not allow this.
