Since joining DV Bern, I have experienced a working environment that truly delivers what it promises: agile, practical, and personal. We work as a team of equals, with over 200 colleagues who develop and operate digital solutions with a great deal of expertise and passion. I am particularly proud that our work makes a tangible contribution to Switzerland – our systems are used by over a million people every day. At the same time, I really appreciate the flexibility: working hours and location can be arranged in such a way that work and private life fit together well. For me, DV Bern embodies exactly what I want from an employer: stability, genuine innovative strength, and an appreciative culture in which you can get involved and develop further.

I see DV Bern as an employer that does a lot of things right and is constantly evolving. I particularly like the fact that we are open to new ideas and always see improvements as an opportunity. I hope that in the future we will learn even more from each other across departments and further optimize the already good internal processes—simply to make our collaboration even more efficient. Making training opportunities more visible could also strengthen our development. For me, these are all points that show that we as a company do not want to stand still, but want to grow together—and that is exactly what makes DV Bern special.
