This works well in the company

There is an open and friendly working environment, and there are regular events where employees come together to remain informed about the company's current successes and future opportunities.

This could be improved

Sometimes the upper management can seem out of touch, requesting things that may or may not benefit the project long-term. Being able to take concerns by other staff more seriously and asking for their advice may prove valuable.
