This works well in the company

I wish I had positive aspects to talk about, but I do not see any.

This could be improved

Communication and transparency - apparently LEXR's application process takes up to 6 months. Despite the lengthy process, no one contacts you to explain the steps (nor is anyone reachable to provide some information). CEO reacted only after heavy criticism and did not even apologise for having been out of touch for nearly a month.
