Lengthy application process / not responsive
This works well in the company
I wish I had positive aspects to talk about, but I do not see any.

Communication and transparency - apparently LEXR's application process takes up to 6 months. Despite the lengthy process, no one contacts you to explain the steps (nor is anyone reachable to provide some information).
