After I submitted the application, nothing happened. After five days, I checked to see if my dossier had been received. Thereupon it was confirmed by mail that it had arrived and I would be informed again if I was invited for an interview. This already speaks volumes, as I believe that all applicants deserve to be informed about the status of the process. After more than three weeks, I went back to it myself, because I didn't want to let such behavior sit on me. The answer: There have already been initial interviews, the process is still underway, but if I were invited for an interview, I would be informed. After this statement I lost my interest in the position or the company.
