This works well in the company

The work at SEBA offers exactly the challenge I had been looking for. A variety of tasks and a dynamic atmosphere with people that are motivated to build and achieve something in a new and innovative field. It’s a very open and communicative environment with a great mix of backgrounds and endless opportunities to grow.

theoretically the idea is good, but almost all good employees have already left

The working atmosphere and ethics in the company are very poor. Values such as transparency are communicated to the outside world, but are not lived within the company. High staff turnover. Mainly nepotism without plan. The management would have to be replaced.
