Short decision paths, great freedom of action for employees

This could be improved

Too frequent personnel changes for a small business! The workload can only be done sensibly with full staffing. Too little support from management during peak hours. No appraisal interviews except for problems (lack of feedback). No measures for team formation / maintenance. I found my job at TransLog to be a daily struggle for survival and unfortunately not teamwork.
