I've been working @jkweb since almost 6 years now and it's still as interesting as it was in the beginning. They offer much to each and every individual (including but not limited to overtime-compensation, 40h/weeks & 5 weeks of holidays, fair salaries, organised social events and even payed time to deepen your knowledge every year). All in all a great and well-connected company in the heart of Zurich. (10/10 would do again :P)

Since it's mostly a flat hierarchy, the career-options are somewhat limited to 'developer', 'project-lead', 'team-lead' and then 'company-lead'. Also there still needs to be a whirlpool somewhere in the office for the legendary jkBeer-evenings. But besides that nothing.
