The industry is good

Ochsner Sport has clear management weaknesses. The management style sometimes comes across as authoritarian and politically motivated, decisions are not always communicated transparently and employees feel little valued. Internal communication is often unclear and organizational processes are not always professionally structured. Support from superiors, constructive feedback and employee development often fail to materialize. In addition, career and further training opportunities are not sufficiently transparent or consistently available.

According to the principle of "hire and fire," employees are hired and immediately fired again if the management does not like even one little thing about the employee (e.g., personality, values, viewpoint). In uncertain times, I prefer to rely on trust, respect and tolerance. Management is strongly politically motivated. Always clarify beforehand whether you fit in here or not.

The central location and the relatively modern workplaces are a plus.

The treatment of the employees (gender stars) is anything but sustainable. There are also no opportunities for further training, although this is advertised differently. Especially young employees (gender stars) are severely underpaid, although they perform very well.
