- You get to travel semi regularly for meetings and events with accommodation, flight and meals covered. - The pay is competitive.
This could be improved
There is no proper HR department in the company, thus no neutral party to handle conflicts. Line managers are expected to handle HR tasks without clear expectations, KPIs, training or support, causing inconsistencies across departments. That said, line managers do not have any say in HR decisions. Work environment varies from department to department, from friendly to passive aggressive. General feeling is that employees are not taken care of.
