Some employees are very committed to the company and the social benefits and pension scheme are good. Internal training and events for staff are impressive. Flexible working hours and home office where possible.

Above-average number of minimally committed employees (staff), (little to no motivation beyond what is required). The image of a family-run company is perpetuated. Despite my desire to fit in well with this culture, the result was unsatisfactory for me. Potential for improvement: When recruiting personnel, take better care to ensure that what a position/role requires is really suitable for the portfolio of the job candidate (don't choose someone because he or she appears to be particularly adaptable or "belongs to the right party"). Focus more on building up suitable personnel in the long term with internal Now-How. But in my opinion, this now-how and potential is sometimes lacking. And unfortunately, one of my direct superiors disregarded all the good rules about what and how to say something when communicating with me.
