It was a time when one hoped that one would no longer have to endure it. The break (with work colleagues) was the only thing that motivated.

This could be improved

Everywhere, but especially in the behaviour of superiors, something must change! Poor social benefits (other companies are way ahead). Old production machines that are not well maintained and have a daily malfunction = work has to be interrupted.
