There is a considerable need for improvement in dealing with employees, especially in difficult situations. Decisions are made unilaterally without consulting or involving the people concerned. This contradicts the basic principles of fair personnel management. It is particularly critical that the HR department has only considered one side in the event of a conflict - despite having previously promised to offer support. This behavior not only appears non-transparent, but also undermines trust in a neutral and responsible HR department. Promises that are not kept leave employees with the impression that they are being left alone with their concerns. Credible HR work should be based on neutrality, reliability and fairness. There is an urgent need for action here in order to take employees seriously and create a respectful, trustworthy working environment.
