This works well in the company

I can realize interesting projects here as part of a team. The customer base is very diverse, I have assignments with doctors, banks and also administrations. Home office and flexible working hours are possible. I enjoy working there.

This could be improved

As we are a small team, irregular or longer working hours are sometimes to be expected if a colleague is ill or on vacation.

My own experience: It may read like a complaint rating, but is based on my own experience, so just read through and interpret for yourself. - Completely unorganized company. - Supervisors are very aloof and do not listen to any suggestions for improvement. - Know-How from the supervisor on site is dangerous half-knowledge. - Work is done as it was 10 years ago. - No automated processes. - Documentation is a foreign word. - Basic knowledge hardly exists in a system house. - Priorities are set very obliquely. - Ventilation in the office is poor. - It's always the technician's fault. - Communication is very difficult. - I left the company because it was unbearable for a long time. - At the whim of one is threatened with termination without good reason. Save yourself the stress and rather look for something else.

I was at Dexion for 4 years and learned a lot there and was involved in various projects. No hierarchy, good colleagues. Due to a personal change in the family environment, I then had to leave the company. I can recommend Dexion to others.
