Despite the many challenges in this company, there were a few positive aspects that I would like to mention. The HR department always tried to listen to employees' concerns and tried to offer support as much as they could. Their efforts to address problems and find solutions were noticeable, even if they were limited by structural deficiencies and uncommitted management. Even though the working conditions were very difficult overall, these efforts at least provided some support.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this employer. The whole working environment was disastrous and disappointing from the very beginning. Colleague cohesion was virtually non-existent. Instead of a supportive team, there was an atmosphere of bullying, which was particularly stressful for me. New employees were systematically ostracized and burdened with excessive tasks, while older colleagues mostly sat back and largely avoided their responsibilities. Communication within the company was extremely poor. Important information was either not passed on at all or only inadequately, which led to constant misunderstandings and frustration. The team leader was completely disinterested and showed no commitment or support for the team. Instead of addressing problems and finding solutions, he let the employees down, exacerbating the already toxic atmosphere. In summary, the whole working environment was extremely demotivating and frustrating. From the lack of support and negative colleague cohesion to the disastrous communication and lack of leadership, this experience was the worst I have ever had in my career. I can only strongly advise against applying or working here.
