Inhuman bosses, authoritarian leadership. The motto is: if we pay you that much, we can charge you anything. Boss is control obsessed and inflexible. In this gallery, hundreds of employees have been fired in 5 years for the smallest of reasons and another hundred have left on their own because you don't participate in the madness. All processes are controlled by the boss and there is no organization. Employees always take the stress out by missed deadlines because GL is postponing decisions for weeks.
