I don't know. I have no idea. Not the recruitment already, nor the follow-up of the candidate a priori.

The gentleman seems very kind, very polite and professional at the first answer. If you call again because you have no news of your file you will receive exactly the same email word for word as the first one. He will ask you again for your CV (which he was supposed to have already) and no more news. I've experienced this and this at 2 weeks interval so he does not say he does not remember because he also points out that he has only a few files to offer a personalized follow-up. So I never met him, had no exchange on my positive or negative file. I myself had to ask him again if he had proposed me for a position for which I met all the criteria. His answer? An email as if he didn't know me, asking me to send him my CV again... for the third time. In short, unprofessional. And I would like to point out that I am a resident of Geneva and therefore supposed, according to the rules of the Council of State, to have priority in hiring (with identical criteria of course) over border workers... but Monsieur seems to be unaware of this.
