The first impression was very positive: communication was clear, friendly and professional. The personal conversation on site deserves special mention - appreciative, open and conducted at eye level. You can feel that Personal Sigma focuses on people and that individual strengths are taken seriously. The organization around the interview (invitation, information, procedure) was also very careful and pleasant. From the applicant's point of view, the company leaves a trustworthy and competent impression.

As I was only invited on site once for an interview, I cannot make any well-founded statements about internal procedures or longer-term processes. My impression was consistently positive, the interview was pleasant and respectful. However, if there is one point from the applicant's point of view, then perhaps a small note on the further procedure for unsolicited applications - especially if there is currently no suitable vacancy. This would make the process even more transparent.
