Friendly employees, clear USP, beautiful and centrally located offices.

This could be improved

The position sounded exciting and I was invited to a first interview. The second interview was then on site with the future boss and a junior employee, who asked most of the questions. The questions were a bit specific (e.g. some detailed questions about what I studied at university - although I haven't studied for over 20 years and work experience would probably be more important). Apart from that, the interview was friendly and pleasant. I thanked them again afterwards and they said they would get back to me in the next few days. That was a month ago - I haven't heard anything since then, despite asking several times. A rejection would have been decent, especially after two interviews.
