This works well in the company
You travel a lot and have contact with new customers every day. It's interesting to meet new people all the time and see different areas - that was the only positive aspect of working at Bofrost for me.
This could be improved
My experience with Bofrost was unfortunately very disappointing. You're thrown in at the deep end without proper training or sufficient support. There was hardly any training and I had to teach myself a lot of things. There was also little help or support from managers - you're often on your own. I had originally applied as a driver, but was told that I should start as a promoter first, and if that didn't work out, I could work as a driver afterwards. However, this promise was not kept. After less than a month, I was simply dismissed, although they certainly benefited from my work during this short time. Overall a very disappointing and unfair experience - I really can't recommend it.
