This works well in the company
MZO AG has well-established processes and a stable basic structure. Anyone looking for an environment in which processes have remained largely unchanged for years and changes are only approached hesitantly will find clear and predictable conditions here. The areas of responsibility are defined and there are existing guidelines—even if their implementation is sometimes handled differently in everyday life. This may be suitable for employees who value stability over further development and active change.
This could be improved
At MZO AG, I see room for improvement, particularly in the areas of collaboration and implementation. Although guidelines are in place, they have been interpreted and implemented differently, leading to inconsistent working methods. The Bayo system has potential, but it has not been used consistently and uniformly. In my opinion, the integration of new employees was not actively promoted. Communication was sometimes indirect rather than open and transparent. In addition, certain commitments were not kept during the course of employment. At MZO AG, there is room for improvement in structured onboarding, the uniform implementation of guidelines, and a more open and direct communication culture within the team. The active integration of new employees could also be promoted more strongly. Salaries are generally in line with market standards, but seem to depend heavily on individual negotiations rather than clearly defined salary structures. Transparent development prospects and clearly regulated continuing education contributions would be desirable.
