Unfortunately, I cannot report anything positive from my personal experience. Neither the communication nor the management culture or working conditions met the expectations raised by the public image of the company.

Lack of appreciation for long-standing employees Decisions made "from the top down" without consulting specialist staff Overload due to constant restructuring and staff shortages Hardly any support or encouragement for further training despite promises Managers often overwhelmed or unqualified No constructive feedback culture - criticism is ignored or punished If you want to work in a motivated and respectful manner in the long term, you should think very carefully about whether Senevita is the right choice. Unfortunately, the attractive brochures and mission statements are often at odds with everyday life on site.
