What I particularly appreciate about Rückenwind plus as an employer is the great commitment and the friendly atmosphere in the team. The working atmosphere is excellent - people treat each other as equals, including the management. Fairness and appreciation are really practiced here, and there is plenty of room to contribute and help shape your own ideas. The opportunity to participate in pioneering work and actively drive forward new projects is particularly inspiring. The recognition for the work performed is tangible, and regular employee events also strengthen team cohesion. All in all, an employer that creates a great atmosphere and where you feel very comfortable.
This could be improved
Basically, there is hardly anything to complain about. However, if I had to mention something, it would be that coffee and parking are chargeable. This is absolutely normal, but I only noticed it because it wasn't the case at my previous employer for many years.

Employees help each other a lot because otherwise they can never get all the work done. A lot of overtime needed to get around. The staff canteen is very good, but this is no merit of Rückenwind. The employees of Rückenwind use the canteen of the Pfauen retirement and nursing home.

It is essential to implement the employer's duty of care. Employees regularly perform too much and suffer from their health. Thanks to this, employees are not treated fairly and are threatened a lot. Replace the leadership and management at all levels with capable and knowledgeable people. It is the wrong people in the wrong place. Many care errors and unprofessional service providers to the customer with damage events due to overwork of employees. Promises are made that can never be fulfilled, both to the customer and to the employees. One spends a lot of time in the care with the complaint management of paying customers because of wrong promises and untrue events. For example, customers were promised that they would receive their routine at the usual time and to the usual extent, but it was clear to those responsible that the necessary staff for this was not even available and employed. There were always discussions, criticism and complaints in this regard because the promises made to them could not be kept. The management is incompetent and has no experience in employee management, which resulted in extremely high employee turnover. The entire team has been replaced several times in 1.5 years of existence.
