Overall, I have had many positive experiences at Universal-Job AG, but there are still some areas where I see room for improvement. One important point concerns internal communication between the different teams and locations. It often took a long time for information to be passed on or for feedback to be received. A clearer structure, fixed contact persons and standardized communication channels could help to significantly reduce this.
I also see a need for optimization in the onboarding of new employees. Although important basics are taught, there is a lack of detailed explanations, clear processes or practical examples from day-to-day work. A more structured training concept and regular feedback meetings would help new colleagues to find their feet more quickly.
In addition, the organization could be made more efficient in hectic phases. During busy periods, there were occasional bottlenecks where tasks were spontaneously redistributed, creating additional stressful situations. Earlier planning, better allocation of resources and forward-looking coordination would be helpful.
There is also room for improvement in terms of work tools and systems. Some programs seemed outdated or were not optimally coordinated, which led to unnecessary delays. Modernization of the software and regular technical updates would significantly improve the workflow.
Overall, however, the issues are easily resolved and show that Universal-Job AG can continue to develop with targeted adjustments and make work processes even more efficient.
