Unfortunately, my experience with AZ Management AG was largely disappointing. The repeatedly slow communication was particularly noticeable: responses to inquiries were sometimes only received after several days or not at all, which unnecessarily delayed important decisions.
In addition, there was a lack of transparency in contract documents and agreements. In some cases, documents were only sent incompletely, queries remained unanswered or led to contradictory information. This made cooperation considerably more difficult and cost trust.
The company also did not make a structured impression in terms of organization. Agreements were repeatedly not adhered to, appointments were postponed or canceled at short notice without a comprehensible explanation. This conveyed an image of a lack of commitment and professionalism.
