Swiss Epic Tours is an incoming travel agency in Switzerland. Swiss Epic Tours provides tailor made private (driver-)guided services in all Switzerland and the neighbour countries. We are seeking a highly professional and reliable driver with a 121 permit, excellent communication skills in English and a strong knowledge of Switzerland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and pleasant transportation while maintaining clear and friendly communication with passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their destinations, following all traffic regulations and company policies - Communicate clearly and professionally in English to ensure a positive and seamless experience for passengers - Use strong interpersonal skills to engage with passengers, address inquiries and provide assistance when needed - Maintain a high level of costumer service, ensuring passenger feel comfortable and valued throughout their journey - Handle luggage and provide assistance to passengers as required - Keep the vehicle clean and well maintained, reporting any issues promptly - Adapt to traffic conditions and modify routes as needed for timely arrivals - Process payments and provide receipts where applicable Requirements: - Valid Category B Driver's License (mandatory) - 121 Permit (mandatory for professional passenger transport) - Fluent in spoken and written English: additional language skills (e.g., German, Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus - Excellent knowledge of Swiss traffic laws and regulations - Familiarity with Swiss roads, routes and navigation - Basic knowledge of popular Swiss tourist attraction to assist and engage with passengers - Proven experience in customer service, with a strong ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients - Well-groomed and professional appearance - Ability to handle and payments and issue receipts if needed - Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits - A supportive and professional working environment - Opportunities for career development and further training If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our tea, please submit your applications to info@swissepictours.com.
