I see considerable potential for improvement in terms of personnel stability and management structure. Within a year, around 20 percent of the workforce left the company, some even without notice. This high turnover is clearly noticeable and leads to a constant loss of knowledge, additional workload for the remaining employees, and a palpable sense of uncertainty in everyday working life. In addition, the management team is very old, with some members over 80 years of age. This creates the impression that modern management approaches, current working methods, and contemporary communication are not given enough space. Decisions often seem incomprehensible and no longer in line with today's requirements for employee management and organization. A renewal of the management structure, clearer processes, and a sustainable personnel strategy are urgently needed here in order to create stability, trust, and prospects for employees.

We have taken note of the comment of a former employee who only worked for us for a few weeks. DIn order for a new collaboration to develop successfully, we need not only professional competence but also interpersonal factors. This includes a positive chemistry between the new employee and our existing team. This understanding cannot be enforced and was obviously suboptimal in the present case. For this reason, the employment relationship was terminated within the trial period. As an independent Swiss SME, we are proud of our many long-standing employees, who have always performed outstandingly together in a challenging pharmaceutical environment. We wish the former employee all the best and much success for his future.
