I have worked at Baumat and unfortunately I cannot recommend the company. The working conditions are very unprofessional from my point of view, especially in terms of safety in the workplace. Important safety standards were often ignored or not taken seriously, which is a big risk for me.
I found the supervisor's management style to be disrespectful and lacking in competence. It gives the impression that certain people or groups are favored while other employees receive little attention. Criticism or concerns from the workforce are rarely taken seriously and a healthy working environment does not seem to be a priority.
It is also noticeable that an unusually high number of employees fall ill without this being questioned or measures being taken to improve the situation. In my experience, there is hardly any appreciation or equal treatment.
Overall, I didn't get the feeling that employees are important here. Decisions seem to be made primarily in the interests of management, while the rest of the workforce receives hardly any support or recognition.
I hope that something will change in the future, because the potential is there - but at the moment I can't recommend the company.
