There is an excellent working atmosphere in our branch! I go to work in the morning feeling very satisfied and full of energy. The current projects are very interesting and offer opportunities for further development. Appreciation is always given and internal communication works perfectly. Of course, the positive and goal-oriented cooperation of all those involved, combined with a cooperative management style of all supervisors, is decisive for this. Our own suggestions are actively pursued, worked out together and, in the best case, also implemented. And let's be honest, you don't find that very often. Working hours ARE flexible, and you are also encouraged to pursue further training. The key here is to show some self-motivation! And that's not really surprising. ;) (Anyone who claims the opposite should perhaps take a critical look at themselves...) Conclusion: the place to be!

There is room for improvement in every company, and those who seek will find it... AP is already well positioned and, thanks to excellent management, there are currently no significant issues that need to be resolved. The key to a healthy company is the commitment of all those involved to achieving a common goal.

Great opportunities to lead fantastic projects. Short, uncomplicated decision-making processes. Personal interaction, relatively flat hierarchies, very good career advancement opportunities. Good contacts with companies and planners. Here, you really do get good opportunities to take on a lot of responsibility and a very broad range of tasks quite quickly!

Strategic (corporate and personal) goals and the feeling of performance, aspiration, and development as a top team in the industry could, in my opinion, be optimized somewhat.

Excellent communication and an open door policy are particularly appreciated. The team is characterized by openness, respect and a good sense of humor. Modern office equipment and flexible working hours provide an ideal working environment.

Some methods and programs are somewhat outdated. Investing in more modern solutions could help save time here. The salary is on the lower end of the scale. You have to organize your own site shoes.
