It gives us pause for thought to read your review in this form. We always take feedback seriously - even if it is critical. At the same time, we would like to add a few aspects for classification, so that third parties can get a fair and complete picture. As a small company in the security industry, we rely on stable, trusting cooperation. Our team consists of dedicated employees - both technical and commercial - many of whom have been with us for many years. In our view, this long-standing bond speaks for a functioning working environment, mutual appreciation and constructive cooperation. Of course, every person is free to leave a review after receiving notice of termination. However, we would have liked them to reflect on their own role and the actual course of the collaboration. As an employer, we attach great importance to reliability, openness and respectful communication - and expect the same from our employees.
