The benefits are really cool, but depending on the team it varies greatly how they are lived (e.g. some have no office duty, others 2 days etc.). Within the team, you have a lot of freedom to design your own processes and tasks.

Managers are preferably recruited from within the company, but often lack the necessary leadership skills - either professional or personal. This sometimes leads to extreme grievances within the teams due to a lack of / poor leadership. There are many great and helpful people working in the company, but in important positions (team leaders, HR and management) there is unfortunately a lack of essential values such as empathy, leadership qualities and respect. Wage increases almost have to be fought for, eternal discussions about budgets and the like, but at the same time millions/billions can be invested at Group level. As an employee, you always have to keep at it and drive the issue forward yourself, otherwise nothing will happen.

This company is in the throes of digitization and automation. Anyone who is afraid of the future will not be happy here. But anyone who loves continuous change and wants to develop further is in exactly the right place here. The company is extremely successful and has established a home office culture where personal responsibility is a priority. Teams meet in the office once or twice a week, but without mandatory attendance. The term "workation" refers to the combination of work and vacation. As an employee, you have the opportunity to work in one place and travel at the same time. Whether you work in a forest cabin, directly at the sea in a bungalow or in a hotel, the place is not in your way. The development of this work model goes hand in hand with digitalization, and some employees have already been working as so-called "digital nomads" for years.

Although the company has a lot of potential, it is not very well known in Switzerland, as it has done too little advertising on its own behalf so far. However, there is a possibility that this will change in the future as the company strives to improve its image and presence.
