Managers are preferably recruited from within the company, but often lack the necessary leadership skills - either professional or personal. But anyone who loves continuous change and wants to develop further is in exactly the right place here. The company is extremely successful and has established a home office culture where personal responsibility is a priority. Teams meet in the office once or twice a week, but without mandatory attendance. The term "workation" refers to the combination of work and vacation. As an employee, you have the opportunity to work in one place and travel at the same time. Whether you work in a forest cabin, directly at the sea in a bungalow or in a hotel, the place is not in your way. The development of this work model goes hand in hand with digitalization, and some employees have already been working as so-called "digital nomads" for years.

Although the company has a lot of potential, it is not very well known in Switzerland, as it has done too little advertising on its own behalf so far. However, there is a possibility that this will change in the future as the company strives to improve its image and presence.

The working atmosphere is very nice, people get along very well with each other. Very correct and fair employer. It is logical that with so many employees there is no 100% satisfaction, but on the whole I was personally very satisfied with ALSO. But since there are different buildings and departments, I cannot speak for the whole ALSO.

The company is very large and the flow of information is not always the same everywhere. However, this is rather due to the different leaders and how these people pass on the information than to the fact that the information is not accessible. Often the employees can get the information easily, the self-interest should be there as well.

The company always pays the salary on time.
