The processes are well structured, you know what to do and are given the necessary confidence to work independently. I also noticed the respectful interaction between colleagues and with superiors. You feel taken seriously and part of a team. The appreciation for careful work, especially in the background - e.g. in housekeeping - provides additional motivation. Overall, there is a professional, but at the same time human working environment in which you can feel comfortable.

Globus stands for quality, customer orientation and a cultivated environment - I experienced this in my day-to-day work. I particularly liked the team spirit and the clear structure of the daily routine. I see potential for improvement in internal communication: if information about processes or changes were passed on to all employees more quickly and clearly, many processes could run even more efficiently and smoothly. A more targeted induction for new employees - especially in technical or housekeeping areas - could also make it easier to get started and ensure quality. Nevertheless, working at Globus is very structured and you can tell that high standards are important - that motivates you to give your best every day.
