Good working atmosphere, nice team, and fair boss. Thanks to the internship, I am now studying at the FNHW University of Applied Sciences, and the internship was recognized.

I really enjoyed the internship, and it is recognized by universities of applied sciences and universities. The pay could be improved—more pay is always good—but it's okay for an internship.

The other interns were pleasant. From time to time we were allowed to leave early (30min-1h) if there were no other bookings late in the evening.

The company consists of only the 2 owners, have no other employees and utilize (3) intern positions as low cost full time labor. The internship has no concept and unfortunately you hardly learn anything commercial or technical. The working conditions are not very positive. The company expects that there are no lunch breaks and that you sometimes have to work 12-hour shifts. Of course, you are expected to be spontaneously available for events on a regular basis and are happy to postpone private appointments on your supposed days off. In addition, you are welcome to expose yourself to the whims of the company management. The company benefits that they maintain good contacts with well-known regional companies and can help you to gain a foothold in them after your internship are unfortunately not true from my own experience. The contacts only exist as a business relationship, as your own customers. The business practices can also be seen in the negative reviews of customers on Google Maps. Negative reviews are also deleted on Google Maps and customers are encouraged to give positive reviews with free drinks. I have never experienced such a bad employer and wish no one ever to have to work in such a company.
