Unfortunately, as an applicant, I can't comment on this. Apart from the fact that I was ghosted after the interview and the trial work invitation, the receptionist was very friendly.

Unfortunately, I can't rate working in the company. However, I think that if you tell someone at the job interview that you attach great importance to transparent and open communication and that problems and concerns should be communicated, it should not happen that you are invited to do a trial job but do not receive any feedback after repeated requests through various channels. In my opinion, something is not right. I hope that other applicants have not experienced the same thing. But it's not particularly healthy or beneficial for your own psyche.
