Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, evaluate all business requirements, and deliver integrated SAP solutions
• Architecture Analysis: Analyse client technology architectures and integrations, providing expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA best practices, industry trends, and solutions
• Deployment Strategy: Evaluate the best ERP landscape deployment options to meet business processes and client needs
• Technical Specifications: Define technical specifications, integration requirements, and data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA projects
• Transformation Roadmap: Develop and implement a transformation roadmap to achieve common goals, challenging the status quo to maximize customer value
• Cloud Mindset: Apply a cloud-first approach and leverage the latest architectural technologies
• Organizational Guidance: Oversee and guide target operating model changes in collaboration with the organizational excellence team

Requirements:

• Experience: Over 5 years as an SAP Solution Architect, with a strong focus on full cycle SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP implementation
• Implementation Expertise: Demonstrated success in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations (on-premise or Cloud/Rise hosting)
• Architecture Strategies: Proven track record in designing SAP S/4HANA strategies in hybrid (Cloud/On-Premise) and heterogeneous (SAP/Non-SAP/Best of Breed) environments
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of system analysis, program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Hardware and Networking: Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems, with familiarity in EAM tools (e.g., LeanIX) and process management (e.g., Signavio)
• Conversions/Migrations: Successful track record in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversions/migrations (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid/Bluefield)
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English
