In this role, you collaborate closely with the VP of SWISS Brand Experience and her team leads. You coordinate cross-functional communication, project management, and business administration within the department and with key internal and external stakeholders across SWISS and the LH Group.

  • Oversee all business administration activities for the ZRH S/E division (agenda management, meeting & event coordination, project overviews, administrative tasks etc.)
  • Set up and steer S/E communication concepts for both internal & external stakeholders
  • Handle overall project reporting and ensure effective time management
  • Collaborate closely with the department leadership and coordinate overarching projects
  • Lead efforts to build the community, including teams and LHG interfaces
  • Oversee team and community dialogue by creating and implementing exchange concepts (e.g., events & meetings)
  • Lead the department’s onboarding process and maintain up-to-date S/E communications
  • Close collaboration with SWISS Senses CoreTeam
  • Actively manage key messages and dialogue within SWISS and the LHG

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field is desired
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and digital communication tools
  • Proactive, flexible, with strong prioritization skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of hierarchy
  • Advanced level in both spoken and written German and English
