Intern – Global Circularity (f/m/x)

What's the role?

Hilti is committed to becoming the leader in sustainability within the construction industry. Join us on this exciting journey! As an intern, you’ll actively contribute to our Circularity team by working on projects and assisting with the development and implementation of various aspects of our sustainability strategy. Your role will help make meaningful impact across our international network.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for minimum 6 months.

What does the role involve?

At Hilti we provide diverse internship opportunities in our team, tailored to your academic and professional background.
You will help us to achieve our ambitious CO2-reduction goals by working with the team to drive our Circularity initiatives. This will involve cross-functional work to drive impactful change across the entire organization – in global functions, just as on the shopfloor. You will have the unique opportunity to work on strategic topics all the way to implementation across the globe.
You will work in a highly motivated team and will be in charge of your own projects. This includes independent alignments with stakeholders within the organization, structuring and processing contents as well as bringing forth and implementing improvement processes. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop our way to drive Circularity at Hilti.

What you need is:

• Fifth semester or upward in Bachelor, Master, enrollment for the entire internship period
• Affinity for operations, practical experience preferred
• Passion for sustainability topics
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
