Our Human Resources team partners closely with business units to drive organizational excellence and support our employees' growth. As a pivotal part of our HR structure, you'll work alongside HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and HR Services, contributing to strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Your tasks

  • Collaborate and provide strategic support for HR Business Partners and operate as the primary contact point and relationship manager for middle management teams under the direction of the assigned HRBPs
  • Assist business functions in areas such as performance management, salary reviews , long-term incentive plans, and talent management
  • Engage in transformational projects (e.g. restructuring, outsourcing) and support related change programs
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on organizational design work and effectiveness actions
  • Guide line managers on employee matters (including disciplinary issues, terminations, labor law compliance etc.)
  • Provide HR process advice and support to line management and employees, ensuring organizational alignment
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team during recruitment processes for assigned functions
  • Facilitate action planning, tracking, and communication-related to the annual employee engagement survey
  • Contribute to HR projects with the support of HRBPs
  • Collaborate with other HR Managers to ensure consistent application and interpretation of company policies and regulations
  • Actively share best practices and lessons learned within the local HR Management and HR Services teams
  • Proactively foster business acumen and build knowledge and relationships in the assigned business area

Business Accountabilities

  • Monitor and review work undertaken by HR Services, Talent Acquisition, etc., and support in case expertise is needed
  • Advise colleagues on a daily basis to ensure adherence to local employment regulations and Group standards
  • Research primary data sources, select relevant information, analyze key themes and trends, and make recommendations to support the business in driving improvements
  • Contribute to the deployment of HR processes and systems in your assigned area and play an active role in case of improvement opportunities

  • Provide input into performance management discussions of project team members
  • Coach and provide professional and technical HR advice and counsel within and outside the operating unit
  • Provide guidance and support for team members
  • Take action to manage your personal development and encourage others to do the same

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field 
  • At least 8 years of HR experience in an industrial setting 
  • Expertise in consulting, project management and various HR domains, such as recruitment and talent management, with a strategic vision 
  • Outstanding interpersonal, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, fostering innovation and adaptability 
  • Self-reliant and resilient, with excellent stakeholder engagement and team collaboration skills 
  • Certified or trained in Change Management or Coaching (preferred) 
  • Able to collaborate and adapt to achieve the team's objectives and your career goals 
  • Aware of and responsive to the dynamics and initiatives at the headquarters and local level 
  • Open-minded, ambitious, and positive in facing challenges
