Your tasks:

• Research and Innovate: Dive into progressive systems solutions, evaluating their impact and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and communicate current and planned business processes, working closely with key stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Insights: Review financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for various projects, processes, and operations.

Your qualifications:

• Experience in analytical and system development.
• High proficiency with PowerBI and database management.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Your Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science and your excellent knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications as well as your proven analytical ability support you in your daily tasks. You are highly motivated with data visualization and high proficiency in technical writing.

The position is based in Basel, but you are also willing to work remotely.
