Job main responsibilities
- Maintaining a Global Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure continued ISO certifications for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)
- Develop and implement Global new standards with agreed with relevant stakeholders including ISO 50001 (Energy) and ISO 14021 (Environmental Labelling)
- Promoting Quality achievement, Environmental management, Energy management and Health & Safety compliance
- Carry out and co-ordinate internal Quality, Environmental, Energy management and Health & Safety audits and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective and/or preventive actions proposed
- Identifying, preparing & delivering relevant management system training
- Co-ordinate and participate in the management review meetings
- Ensure best practice and external knowledge is maintained and shared with key stakeholders. Apply best practice techniques as appropriate
- Support Regional teams in management system related activities
Candidate profile requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience managing an Integrated Management System (IMS) for a large organisation with multiple sites of comparable size and complexity
- Good track record in all areas of IMS management systems certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 through an approved UKAS accreditation body. Experience of leading and supporting a team of auditors
- Qualified Lead Auditor - Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001) or Health & Safety (ISO 45001) preferred
- Experience in Association work and communication with Certification Body's
- Fluent in English; preferably also in German and French
- Experienced in working in a matrix structure
- Willing to travel about 20%
