Assists in the execution of our store operations (warehouse & floor) and diligently performs assigned activities. To build an emotional connection with customers and live our adidas brand values. Knows store goals and actively supports in achieving them.

Responsibilities:

- Merchandise preparation (unpacking, securing, labeling, ironing on).
- Checking deliveries for completeness according to delivery notes.
- Proper storage of merchandise with price labeling and inventory maintenance
- Preparing and stocking/replenishing merchandise
- Actively incorporates basic knowledge and facts about seasonal products into service approach in his/her store area
- Adheres to rules and procedures (House of Retail regulations) governing the store and maintains a safe shopping and working atmosphere
- Maintains an appealing, pleasant environment where customers enjoy shopping, paying attention to visual merchandising as well as order and cleanliness
- Builds an emotional connection with each customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand
- Works productively and respectfully with team members to help achieve the store's goals
- If applicable: assist with our omnichannel tools: ship from store, endless aisle, click & collect
- Handle cashiering duties (not including closing the register).

Required Education and Experience / Minimum Requirement:


- Experience in sales (retail) desirable
- Good to very good knowledge of German
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, ability to work in a team
- Basic spelling and math skills, communication skills
