Cilag GmbH International is part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies and includes several business units in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. The Payroll Switzerland group is part of the Global Services Finance organization of Johnson & Johnson and in Switzerland. Payroll is a diverse team of 12 people supporting the approximately 4,500 JnJ employees based in Switzerland across multiple locations and legal entities. We work closely with Finance, Business Managers and various HR teams on a variety of topics. We are looking for an additional person to support us.

For the Payroll department in Zug, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Compensation & Benefits Global Mobility Specialist starting in July or August until March 31st, 2025.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing of monthly expat payroll accounting in cooperation with external experts - including monthly net-gross projections of payments
  • Processing of long-term incentives
  • Preparation of withholding tax calculations
  • Preparation of salary statements and annexes in an international context
  • Invoice processing with Ariba in collaboration with Finance and Procurement
  • Biannual gross-up calculations of payments made via a global expense accounting system (for permanent transfers to Switzerland)
  • Processing of employee benefits
  • Implementation of payroll processes in accordance with compliance requirements (SOX)
  • Entering data in SAP HR and using various tools (Workday, HrX, SFDC/Sales Force)
  • Communication and coordination with the withholding tax offices and the compensation office
  • Contact person for employees with questions in German and English

Who we are looking for:

  • Substantial experience in various areas of salary administration
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of Global mobility processes
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Very good MS-Office skills (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Very service-oriented, structured, accurate, resilient, networked thinking and reliable
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Positive attitude

This role based in Zug, Switzerland will initially start in July or August until March 31st, 2025.with the option for extension.
