To accelerate our growth in automated process solutions Agidens is looking for a Sales Manager Energies (Tank Terminals). You can strengthen our existing customer relationships and dedicate 30% of your time to acquire new customers and opportunities. You will establish with inside sales and our project organization the necessary win strategy for new enquiries.

Your role?

  • Build out comprehensive business development plans, for the Tank Terminal industry and solutions.
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect through close.
  • You negotiate projects and Terms &Conditions with our clients.
  • This includes consultative selling skills to clearly communicate our added value to the customer.
  • Become our “voice of the customer” by feeding our solutions with new opportunities in the market.
  • Work closely with our Sales team and Marketing to search for new leads.

Your profile?

  • You have a solid understanding of the process automation industry (Tank Terminal)
  • You thrive in understanding the real business problems and matching it to automated solutions
  • You continuously develop yourself and keep up with new technology
  • You have knowledge of negotiation techniques and value-based sales
  • You can engage in conversations and selling business impact at C-level
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, challenging environment
  • You are pragmatic and solution oriented, you strive for impact
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
  • Willing to regularly visit customers in Belgium and the Netherlands
